I love my car now but because of the initial problems at handover it did leave the excitement of getting a brand new car a bit flat. The goodwill gesture of some new accessories was very kind. I am currently waiting on delivery of these.

I normally give Mini 10/10 - but you have dropped points this time for asking me to pay £100 for, basically, a software bug fix. Not great. If the system is reporting that it needs new brake pads when it doesn't then fix the bug, don't ask me to pay

It only took 1 week for us to be able to pick up our new car. Dan was really great and called regularly to let us know what was going on. We couldn’t believe the room we got to go into when we drove our car off! It was amazing!

They forgot I had requested Gap Insurance. They arranged on collection but a week later I still haven't received confirmation.They forgot to call me with a choice of registration plate although they did give me a bottle of wine as an apology.

Booked my winter tyre swap late in the day but was booked a mere 7 days later. Usually have a courtesy car, but waited this time & all was done quickly. While MINI area re-furbed I waited at BMW side - do MINI have the coffee machine & biscuits too?
