All generally fine. Only small gripes would be that collection was slightly later than I'd expected (albeit we hadn't agreed a specific time) and I's expected that tyre pressure might have been checked but wasn't.

Staff polite, but told I had just been very unlucky with the fault on my new car, BMW are the designer and engineers not a professional answer,the fault did not give any warning needs investigating .

The service was done with no issues. The only issue I had was the courtesy car that I had was really dirty on the inside and the previous customer had not put any petrol in it at all so I had to get to a petrol station straight away
